βCan elevator operators see my personal information?β No. Elevators receive anonymous status updates and arrival notifications only. Your personal data is never shared with third parties.
βHow do you protect my data from hackers?β Multiple layers: encryption in transit and at rest, secure cloud infrastructure, regular security audits, and compliance with industry standards.
βWhat happens to my data if HaulPass goes out of business?β Your data is backed up and can be exported. We provide 90 days notice before any data deletion, with export options available.
